If plants in the garden were attacked by aphids, spider mites or caterpillars, then it was time to make a lapel potion for pests. The main thing is to comply with all recommendations and proportions, otherwise you can get a burn of leaves.

From aphids

Plants on which aphids settled should be regularly sprayed with a decoction of citrus fruits, infusion of aloe or garlic. To prepare a decoction of aloe, you will need 100 g of crushed plants and 2 liters of water. The raw material is poured with liquid and left to infuse for 24 hours. The finished product is poured into a sprayer and, with it, treatment is carried out once a week.

A decoction of citrus peels (orange, lemon, mandarin) is also suitable. In 1 liter of boiling water, add 10 g of dry citrus residues, mix and leave to boil for about 20 minutes. The resulting broth must be filtered and diluted in a bucket of liquid. Fresh peels can also be used. It is poured with boiling water and left to infuse for 2 hours. Laundry soap is dissolved in the resulting infusion. It will help fight aphids, as citrus peels only scare it away.

To get rid of aphids, also use garlic fluid. A bucket of water will require 100 g of crushed plants (all parts) or 50 g of crushed cloves. The container is covered with a lid and left in a dark place for a day, after which it is filtered. The affected leaves of the cultures are treated with garlic fluid at least three times with a break of 5 days.

From the caterpillars

To protect garden crops from caterpillars of cabbage whitewash will help burdock infusion. To cook it, you need to collect the leaves of the plant, chop and place in a bucket. They should occupy 1 / 3-1 / 2 of the total volume. Leaves are filled with water and left for 3 days. The strained liquid is processed during the appearance of butterflies or the emergence of caterpillars from eggs.

You can fight with small caterpillars using a decoction of a twinkle. To do this, 100 g of chopped pods are added to 2 l of water and boiled for 1 hour over low heat. After the mixture is removed from the heat, cool and insist 2 days. At the end of this time, the infusion is diluted with water (50 g of pepper liquid per bucket). The finished product is also suitable for processing garden crops from tartar, slugs and beetle larvae.

From spider mites

In order to combat the spider mite, the first thing to do is to increase the humidity around the crop. For this, plants are sprayed with warm water every day. It is necessary to process leaves from all sides, especially from the opposite, since it is there that pests hide. These are preventative measures.

If crops are affected by a tick, you can try to treat the plants with a soapy solution. For this, a fairly concentrated composition is prepared (200 g of grated laundry soap per bucket of water). The foam on the leaves is left for 3 hours, after which they are washed off and covered with a bag in order to achieve sufficient moisture.

To combat the tick, a potion is made from onion peel. To do this, 200 g of raw material is poured into a bucket of water and left to infuse for 12 hours. Filter the infusion, and squeeze the husk. Spraying is carried out once a week for a month.

If folk remedies cannot get rid of the tick, insecticides will be required (Fitoverm, Actellik).
